Forensic interviews and interrogations are a critical working part of any employee theft and fraud investigation and are especially beneficial in dealing with employee misconduct/behavioral issues; this is primarily because of the difficulty in obtaining other usable or viable evidence.
By any measure, today’s employers are ultimately responsible for providing their employees with a safe, hassle-free workplace. Most times this is accomplished by utilizing established company policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions. When negative misconduct/behavioral issues are suspected, the employer must react in a timely manner to investigate alleged claims or complaints, and implement remedies to correct the problem to the best of his or her ability. The employers in all of these cases were then able to remedy the situation per their internal policies and procedures without any civil, state, or federal actions or judgments filed against them.
